I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the lodge. The soft colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had excellent accessibility with easy-to-navigate hallways and spacious elevator.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were too busy to provide personalized attention.

We had the most wonderful stay at Willow Tree Lodge in the heart of the enchanting Kent countryside. The lodge offered everything we could possibly need and more, from its well-equipped amenities to the comprehensive guest handbook. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautifully organized and detailed the handbook was, providing us with all the necessary information on what to do and see in the area. That saved us the trouble of checking Trip Advisor for recommendations! Diane, our host, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The location was simply lovely and offered a perfect little getaway, especially if you want to explore all that Canterbury has to offer. We were sad that our stay couldn't be longer, but we are already eager to plan a return visit. I highly recommend this delightful lodge for an unforgettable stay in the Kent countryside.

The room at Willow Tree Lodge was absolutely amazing. It had this stunning view of the river that made me feel so peaceful and relaxed. The flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen were just cherry on top. As a casual traveler, I really enjoyed the cozy vibes of the room.
Personally, I found the free WiFi a bit slow. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might still find it sufficient.

The lodge had everything you could need and more! They really thought of everything - from extra blankets to a fully stocked kitchen. The guest hand book was a lifesaver! It had so many recommendations for things to do and places to see. It was like having our own personal travel guide. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. Plus, the lodge had a beautiful view of the countryside. It was the perfect little getaway.
I wish we could have stayed longer! Our time there was too short.
